Clement Perseval

Having recently taken over from his father, Gerard, in 2010 Clement has completely changed the direction of this winery putting focus on specificity in terroir and grape. His wines are brutal with a precision on the palate that you rarely find. The purity really grabs you even if the bracing nature of the palate leaves you gasping for water! They are not for the faint hearted.
