Delamotte Blanc-de-blancs

A lot more vegetal with a good focus to the mid-palate. Wants to open but the wine is too tight and controlled at the moment. Needs time in the bottle. A touch synthetic in the sweetness, but a tart dry finish. Bottle tasted alongside a magnum. Tarter, grittier, less elegant.
