Sensational nose. Fresh attack of green apple with spice and sweet warmth. Starts out very closed then explodes yet explosive with white fleshy apple and great green skin notes. Spicy nutty note coming onthe nose. Wow! One of the most impressive mid-palates I have ever had. So delicate yet explosive with this incredible richness that lingers beautifully on the tongue. Sensational mousse and great acidity. This is going to be awesome with time.
