Touch of biscuit on the nose. Deep gold. Creamy mousse. Powerful stewed note but good balance of biscuit and sugar lingers with a touch of salinity and minerality. So rich but gaining a good length and a seductive note that draws you in nicely. Almost a crisp lemon note at the finish.
