Eva Chemin heads up this recoltant cooperative with her husband. Their grapes are pressed at the cooperative in Ecueil and they blend the wines themselves. Their style, exemplified in the Tradition Blanc de Noirs, is simple but they are seductive in that way.

The Cuvee Selectionnee is a little step up with a hint of seriousness in it’s structure.
