Crucifix Pere & Fils

An RC in Avenay Val d’Or producing fruity wines with good grip. I noticed a lovely clementine note in all their wines with a minerality that sings on the mid palate.

Their Signature undergoes full oak contact and undergoes batonnage. It has a blend more heavily weighted in Chardonnay and this comes across nicely on the palate. It is noticeably dryer in style and needs some time to open in the glass.
