A large cooperative in the Cote des Bars from BARoville, FONTaine and ARConville, thereby making the name de Barfontarc!
The wines are very quiet in nature, not giving anything very expansive across the mid to late palate.
Perhaps with a bigger vintage like 2008 we might find a bit more coming into the mid palate and it could give the finish a touch more length.
