Harmonie Brut is a blend of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. With 10 g/ltr I was astonished how well balanced it was. Truly one of those wines that reminds you that a little extra sugar can help the medicine go down. A touch of lovely yeast and a nice juicy palate. Very impressive.
The Rose Brut is a delightfully balanced rose. Nothing to shout about but good fruit and a lovely delicate colour.
Harmonie Chardonnay Brut undergoes five years of ageing and has lovely soft tropical fruit notes.
The Opus Blanc de Blancs is produced in vintage years. Showing hints of seashell and a delightful tropical midpalate hides the slightly unbalanced sugar level.
Symphonie is another Millesime but this time a Chardonnay heavy blend. Plenty of orange fruit. Quite linear and a long chewy finish.
