Creamy, toasty nose. Very high velocity. Mousse is marked somewhat, but appears to sing red fruit with a crisp chardonnay edge.

Bolder richer nose. Quite dry and controlled palate. More rich flavours. Dried peach and longing finish.
Aspasie Blanc de Blancs
Floral nose. Very clean, floral notes with light honey. Very light toastiness.
Aspasie Cepage d’Antan
Lean, lightly acidic. Punchy. Powerful beautiful and toasty. Gripping on the finish.

Wet straw. Enticing but doesn’t quite back up with mid palate, burnt. Simple but enjoyable. Light summer style.
Aspasie Millesime
Completely different palate. Crisp, more saline in structure with mineral notes. More attack at the end. More fruit present on the mid-late palate. Much more interesting with dosage.
Aspasie Millesime 2008
Touch of mature flavours. Lovely bright mousse. High sugar coming from the fruit. Acidity rather hidden.
Aspasie Blanc de Blancs
Light floral. Quite fruity and soft. Fired oak notes with lemon zest.
