Doughy clay nose. Creamy mousse. Seashell notes, red wine, pinot notes. Vimto. Quite chewy fruit on the mid-late. Rosehip. Lovely texture but not enough voluptuousness. Chewy nose but a little thin on the palate. ?time. Oyster shell with notes of seaweed. Leave the rest for 3-5 years. Shallow palate. Flabby papaya palate. Almost like slightly off salt and vinegar crisps.
