Griffon-Trichet Tradition Brut

PN 35, PM 40, CH 25. Very fresh nose with notes of pear and black notes. Currant skin notes and notes of Clay and copper. Hint of spice with a prickly bite that leaves itself onthehp of the tongue. Something about the mid-palate reminds me of Jerome Prevost and a touch of Chartogne-Taillet. Rustic, Smokey with a touch of hard bread.

Griffon-Trichet Tradition Brut

Sweet, confected fruit to the mid palate. A touch cumbersome. Dried pear notes. Green laces. Too confected on the from end. A balance of bitterness coming with air.

Griffon-Trichet Rose

Deep rose. Glazed strawberry. Surprisingly good balance across the palate. Attractive bitter rind note. Not the sweet strawberry note that I was expecting. Quite dry. Satsuma and orange peel.
