Maxime Blin Rose

Burnt notes. Onion skin colour. Soft. Folds away almost immediately . Limited length.

Nutty aromas. Notes of petals. Very restrained palate. Acidity only really hits at the end.

Fresher nose. Fruitier with a grassy finesse. Good grip to finish.

Light, floral fruit. Good acidity. Fruity.

Vinified in oak. Very inviting front palate. Complex rich with layers of red fruit that come through with time.

Addition 2011.
Plump red fruits. Dry, rustic, complex and rich.

Inviting on the front palate then subdued and lean on the mid palate.
