Lovely toast again. The sugar brings this together. Great mid Palate grip but lacking length again.

Big, rich doughy nose and crisp apple a touch bruised. Bitter and odd finish. Crisp.

More clean apple notes come. A little flabby and imprecise but a little more on the end.

Lovely toasty, chouilly nose. Steely. Very good green apple grip. A little lacking in length. Strangely lacking front-mid palate.

Good richness on the palate. Yeasty. Good breadth across the palate. Good acidity.
