Honeycomb. Lovely, very soft mousse. Not much on the palate, but very crisp and extremely enjoyable.

Wonderful smell that brings me back to my childhood. A hint of mousse. Good acidity. A touch of chocolate orange caresses beautifully. Charcoal. Acidity is beautifully high.

Tiny bubbles. Much darker. Very closed. Sweet buttered toast. Incredible balance, so delicate. Almost perfect softness to the mousse and body brilliantly linking the front-mid-late palate. Wonderful freshness. There is a wonderful balance of bitterness. 10 year + disgorged.
