Lovely orange tinge. Orange blossom. Touch of red wine tannin. Good mousse. Good mouthfeel.

Paul Goerg Blanc de Blancs

2007/2006 reserve. Noticeable increase in brightness and fruit on the mid palate. Summer fruits of pineapple and grapefruit. Wonderful acidity. Touch of toast.

2006/2005 reserve. Good mouthfeel. Surprising fruity midpalate. Great balance.
