Lemon toast on the nose. Very smooth, sweet palate with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Little off on the finish. Grapey.

Very delicate uptake. Good sugar balance. Very inviting palate.

Quite a bit of toast on the nose. Beautiful bristling mousse. Good grip around the sides of the palate. Very good, sweet balance. Almost vegetal on the nose – white fleshy broccoli. Lychee nose.
