Heady floral nose. Sweet. Well balanced mousse. Lacks texture and depth. Needs structure. A little simple in style but distinctly Cramant!

Lovely golden colour. Beautiful Cramant nose, notes of lemon zest. Creamy palate but with a very satisfying bite. Creates a real wave of fruit in the mid-late palate. Notes of oyster shell and salt coming with air. Almost gaining austerity with air. Well integrated mousse that gains complexity with air. Surprisingly dry.
