Bollinger Grande Annee

Hot, powerful notes of apple crumble. Stewed apple. Lovely bread, almost doughy notes. Nice bitter rind notes, very well balanced. Beautifully fresh yet an incredible buttery richness in the mid-late palate. Cinnamon, saffron. Lovely rich long palate. Let me say it again…superb balance!!
