Bollinger RD Extra Brut

Disgorged April 1999. Decanted. Pastry notes on the nose. Sweet succulent. Almost a little too precise. This wine has been disgorged. Pretty punchy and precise. I’m not sure I would decant this. Toffeed, madeirized notes. This bottle is in a particularly interesting position. Marries nicely with the fig dish that we are eating.
