Bollinger RD Extra Brut 1995

Beautiful biscuity nose. Deep gold. Intense charred butter and rich chocolate notes. Licquorice. Intense. Saline with peanut butter brittle note. Intensely dry with a rich end palate that keeps that dry note. A touch too dry. This wine is more about texture than fruit. Dry red fruit. Cranberry and redcurrant freshness. Needs food!
