Charles Dufour Bulles de Comptoir Extra Brut #2

Lovely golden colour. Interesting fruity vegetal nose. Honeyed toast. Crisp lovely mouth feel. Leek. Very well balanced outta midpalate. Soft saline mousse. Incredible dried sherry notes on the nose. This wine promises lots up front but doesn’t quite deliver other palate. lovely lingering finish. Becoming a touch distracted with air, more vegetal a touch of chocolate banana.
