Charles Tession Brut Grand Cru
Fleshy nose with a touch of yeast. Stewed plums. Smooth sweet palate. Notes of pineapple, starfruit and physilis. Creamy mousse. Nice bitter drive early on in the palate but I guess this will dry out and lose its middle palate with air. Rather overripe with air on the front end. A rather simplistic wine. Violets, perfumed and white pepper notes. Brioche, Pear and a hint of spice.
