Cumieres Premier Cru Brut Nature
Quite deep colour for it’s young age. Tiny bubbles. Very focused acidic lemon notes. Real green grassiness. Minerality and tartness held behind the green. Strangely sweet with gooseberrynotes for a Brut Nature. Strange and greenness.
