Lemon gold. Pear nose – sits at the back of the nose. Soft palate. Sweet biscuit notes hit the mid-late palate. Very seductive mid-palate with a lack of balance at the end. ?acidity. There is a really bristling minerality to this that I really enjoy in 2007. A touch simple.
