Deep gold. Toasty red fruit notes on the nose. Blackcurrant and blueberry jam. Wow! Powerful fresh long palate. So beautiful notes of creme caramel. Orange notes coming with air. Great acidity with strong forest fruit bitterness. Cooked butter. Salted caramel. Very dry. Redcurrant = Ambonnay. Lovely texture to the mid-late palate. Powerfully salty.
