Tiny Bubbles. Lovely, slightly green, yellow. Apple, lychee lemon nose. Very smooth palate with that seamlessly opens to incredible sweetness but much like the 2005 it lacks that fruit depth in the mid to late palate. Strangely mineral and salty.
