Hostomme Millesime Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

Good golden colour. Tiny bubbles, very dispersed. Toasted almonds. Perfumed. Real legs. Such a delicate creamy mousse. Dark burnt toast with a brazing and gripping acidity. Becomes balanced and has green leafy elements. Hazelnuts on the nose. Notes of mint and white flower leaf. Not quite enough body to match the acidity.
