Extreme freshness on the nose. Celery and white pepper. Soft creamy palate. Pure. So delicate on the mid-late. Quite surprising. Touch of heat on the late palate creates a hollow note. Soft, creamy and vegetal. Cherry notes with lychee. Superb mouthfeel. So delicate but not quite enough depth in the mid-late. Sour seashell notes. Minerality. Sorrel. I crave this in a richer year. Beautiful mouthfeel.
