Louis Roederer Brut Premier

Lovely light gold. Good stream of bubbles. Real brioche hit on the nose. Warm toasty palate developing a lovely touch of sweet biscuit. Slightly cumbersome mousse. Interesting black pepper note. End note is a touch bitter and unpleasant. If it lost this and gained some age it would be quite lovely!
