Light golden. Stream of tiny bubbles. Rich sensual creamy nose. Incredible attack with great grip on the mid palate. Long finish. Saline and chalky with a red skin note. Definitely dry! Mouthpuckering. There is an intense sharp tastiness to the nose. Cherry, white pepper. Incredible acidity.
