Ruinart Rose 2002

Lovely rose copper, pink tinge. Sets off on the palate perfectly. Warmth. Needs food and time. A little surprised by the lack of depth on the end palate. Notice the spicy component. Potpourri. Interesting smoke with peat after time in the glass.
