Diot-Legras

An RC in Cramant with holdings in some of the finest villages in the Cote des Blancs.

The wines are simple and fleshy with a touch of evolution. Their prestige cuvee, Champagne Subtil par Benoit Diot, is a very small production (500 bottles) aged in small oak barrels for one year and are blended with a solera dating back to 2005. The wine sits heavily on the front palate with lots of honey notes. As with their other wines it is charming but doesn’t linger.
