R. Boutillez Marchand

Founded in 1960 by Robert Boutillez and Fran‚àö√üoise Marchand it is now run by Marion Boutillez and Jean Michel Sourdet.

They own and manage 6.4 hectares solely in Villers-Marmery planted mostly in Chardonnay (97%). Vinification is done in steel tanks. No oak is used.

The wines are linear, focused with an interesting smokey note.
