Bollinger Special Cuvee

Lovely dark golden hue. Plenty of bubbles. Vegetal dark toasty nose. Very linear palate, hits the back with a dark tastiness. A nice bitterness with lemon zestyness coming through on the end palate. A crisp granny smith apple note with a bit of flesh. Note quite the voluptuousness in the mid palate. Notes of fig, toast. Fresh and dry.
