Browned apple gold. Burnt toast. Sulphur note. Second glass drops this quickly and picks up a rich dextrous palate. Not quite the complexity of his chardonnay wines. Very interesting. I’m struggling to describe this wine! Vegetal. Very smooth, touch of creamy vanilla. Plum. Red pepper. Raspberry, shell of honeycomb, waxy.
