Demiere Ansiot Brut Grand Cru

Half bottle. Lovely golden hue. Sherbet and pineapple nose. Crisp with a touch of salinity and slightly rich apple notes. Fleshy apple and slightly stewed banana. Loose acidity with bitterness at the end. Thin, acidic, fine but good sugar balance and level. Bristling and crisp. A pleasant but slightly fruitless bottle.
