Veuve Fourny Brut 1er Cru

Very bright pert nose with perfumed fruit nose. High volatility on the nose. Crisp and tight acidity is the basis of this wine. Bitter bite. Lime acidity quite drying. As it opens it softens in the mid-palate nicely and adding a sweet touch. Still maintains a bitter edge.
