Deutz Cuvee William Deutz Brut

Lovely light gold. Beautiful mouthfeel. Tobacco notes with orange rind. Fleshy. Nice touch of toast right at the end. Chestnut plum. Quince notes. I find the finish really seductive and sweet but the fruit and mid-palate require age! Brioche end note. A good level of complexity coming through with air.
