Varnier Fanniere Brut

Crisp chalk note. Touch of stone fruit. Dry granny smith apple skin. Orange peel and a touch of dried fig. Hints of Fallet-Prevostat but fresher. Quite dry with the stone fruit note. The austerity in the mid to late palate is a touch disappointing.
