Georges Laval Cumieres Premier Cru Brut Nature

Pure 2009 vintage. Straw gold. Starting to get that lovely Laval toasty richness with burnt lemon skin. Dry toast. Lovely sweet front end. Very dry mid to late that cuts aggressively. Starting to add to the structure of the wine. lean lychee notes at the end palate. Really enjoying the lean toasty notes of the nose. Lean. Needs bottle age.
