Moët & Chandon Dom Perignon P2
Wonderful sweet nutty nose. Still quite closed and focused. Picking up a good level of maturity with a zing to it. Very dry almost stripping the front palate. Good focus to the mid-palate. Two years held post disgorgement. Nice vegetal touch. Disgorged April 2012 by hand. I find this wine quite suppressed and not giving quite enough on the end palate. I really prefer the original bottling. Brioche with an ephemeral heat. Bold powerful wine. Due to the heat on the palate this is a wine to drink not taste!
