Moët & Chandon Dom Perignon P2 1998
Warm golden hue. Slightly harsh oxidative note. Smoother mid-palate. A fresh freer in the mid-palate than the 2004 tried alongside. Nougat. It starts to lose the oxidative note and gains a touch of autolytic punch.
