Disgorged 5/13. Touch of burnt match disgorged note. Almost a hint of the 1980 petrol and riesling note. Gaining nutty and biscuit notes. Sensational mousse. Fascinating mid palate, a surprise of fruitiness and white flowers. Almost notes of sweet Bordeaux on the nose. A warmth to this wine that is really surprising. Minerality is serious and a cut above.
