Moët & Chandon Dom Perignon 2004
Lovely toasty nose, very pert. Really interesting sweetness that brews deep at the end palate. Dark brooding wine. White fruit notes with a touch of salinity. White peach. Fascinating evolution with hints of hazelnuts.
