Moët & Chandon Dom Perignon 1990

In Magnum. Tiny slow rising bubbles. Slow and closed. Espresso notes on the palate. Surprisingly quiet, very peculiar. Ephemeral. Incredible with the sausage starter. Beautiful buttered almost butterscotch notes. Delicious on the nose but not giving anything on the mid palate.
